Pick-up & Returns

All items must be picked up at the DuPage County Fairgrounds (2015 Manchester Rd, Wheaton, IL) on Friday 3/20 from 6pm - 9pm or Saturday 3/21 from 8am - 12pm. Please schedule an appointment during checkout. You only need one appointment, even if you place multiple orders, so on later orders you can skip scheduling..

On Friday/Saturday, enter the DuPage County Fairgrounds off Manchester Rd and follow the signs/car line.  A volunteer will come out to your car to get your information and your order(s) will be brought to your car.

Our goal is for pick-up to be contactless.   We do not offer shipping.  

We understand there's a risk when purchasing something sight unseen. Our consignors were given strict instructions to ensure the quality of your items, and all photographs are of actual items (not promotional photos) so you can see their condition.

If, upon pick-up, you believe an item you purchased does not meet our quality standards and was falsely represented within its listing please bring it to the quality control table inside the fairgrounds building before leaving the premises.

If you discover issues after returning home we unfortunately will not be able to honor a return, as the financials of the sale will be closed. However, quality is extremely important to us and we want to know if you are not satisfied!  Please email us at Resale@DuPageDoubles.com to let us know about any issues so we can avoid them in the future.

Pricing

As a 501(c)3 non-profit, DuPage Doubles greatly appreciates your support shopping our resale. Being a non-profit means we don't have to charge you sales tax, but we do have costs associated with processing your order and getting your items to you. A handling fee will be added to your order to help offset those costs.

On the Sunday public shopping day, the store will reopen at 8am with many items marked down to half price, no promo code required! Once the 1/2 price sale is live, discounts will show automatically on the price displayed.

Our items come from nearly 100 different individual consignors, and they each set their own prices. Because of this you may see identical items with different prices.

Checkout

If items have disappeared from you cart it means someone else purchased them. Given the nature of resale every item is unique, so just like clearance items at larger stores, or Amazon Prime Day Deals, once they're gone they're gone. If items have disappeared from your cart unfortunately someone else beat you to it.

DuPage Doubles is a club for parents of multiples. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, with membership in the Multiples of Illinois and Multiples of America. Learn more at DuPageDoubles.com 

Yes! All parents of multiples (twins, triplets, or higher order multiples) are welcome to join DuPage Doubles! You do not have to reside in DuPage County. Check out our website at DuPageDoubles.com .
